Today we have a national holiday, celebrating the light, Sanka Lucia after an Italian saint. But after our tradition Lucia in Sweden should be blond. We light candles, sing and eat buns of saffron. Yummy!

In Upsala Nya Tidning Hertha got a very good review “cool design and packed with womens history and feminist advice“. We are very proud!
If you know Swedish you can read the article here.
Had a lovely weekend in Berlin. Slept, walked and ate. Ate at Berlins oldest Indian restaurant. Walked by a book store where we found, by hazard, a German book where I have participated. Slept without a son jumping in my face or a nasty bell in the morning.

I´m not a fan of scary messages, but this one hit me in the stomach. (Maybe because I procrastinate my own creative work.)
“It´s hipp to be square” was a line that popped up in my head in the car (I wasn´t driving). I´m a bit annoyed that I placed the woman in the kitchen, but it´s a lot of squares there and we have just finished redecorating ours.

It´s now below zero and it´s marvellous outside, and cold! And in a couple of month we will think this is warm… adaptation, what would life be without it.
This book “Little sibling” is about children whos sisters and/or brothers is disabled or have a serious illness. It´s a fantastic book with letters from parents and interviews and images drawn by children. Written by Christina Renlund, children psychologist.
